The owner of Anderson Craft Ales’ love of craft beer began early in life when he got his first home brew kit at the age of 19. Since then, hundreds of batches of beer have lovingly been brewed to give us the quality beers that Anderson Ales offers today. This brewery is 100% family-owned and 100% worth a visit if you are in London.

You’ll find top notch craft beers in this tap room along with a variety of games to play with friends. Check out their retail store and upcoming events while you’re there and don’t forget to grab your favourite brews to go on your way out!

Customer Review: This brewery is really something special. I’ve tried every brewery in London and this is by far the best. They offer a very good range of beers. Some are pretty simple, true to style brews while others are super creative and interesting. The commonality is that all of them are great. On top of that, their food is also really good. We got the duck poutine and were quite surprised with how good it was. Highly recommend this place!

This brewery celebrates the hard work and wisdom of local farmers, is fully invested in the community, and seeks to contribute to the growth and spirit of London’s Old East Village.

They’ve got live music, pinball, and a big patio, plus they offer 100% organic beer options! Just down the street from Anderson Craft Ales and Powerhouse Brewing, a great addition to your next brewery tour or pub crawl!

Their brew house and tasting room is actually a newly revitalized Kellogg’s factory nestled amongst many other factories on Kellogg Lane. They’re proud to carry on the legacy of the manufacturing roots, infused with a little power-up!

Customer Review: It may not be obvious looking at its location on a map, but it’s a really cool place to hang out. There’s a huge patio, and a bit of sitting room inside as well. Being a brewery, there’s always fresh and good beer available at the bar as well as the retail shop. They don’t have a kitchen, but very often there are food trucks.

This is a small, community oriented craft brewery in the Coves neighbourhood near Old South, focuses on quality ingredients, sound brewing science, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for beer lovers to enjoy.

Legacy Brews: Gone But Never Forgotten

As the saying goes, ‘All good things must come to an end,’ and sadly, the same holds true for some of our favorite local breweries. This section is dedicated to those beloved institutions that have closed their doors but left behind a frothy legacy in our hearts and palates.

Each provided unique flavors and experiences that made this city’s brewing scene richer and more diverse. While they may no longer serve their signature drafts, the memories and taste impressions they’ve left behind continue to inspire and influence the craft beer community.

Join us in raising a virtual toast to these establishments – gone but never forgotten.
