Customer Review: An incredible choice of beer, a welcoming rustic atmosphere and a diverse menu. I’ve been going to La Souche since they opened 10 years ago and I’ve never been disappointed. This week I tasted their “Seized deer” and it was ha-llu-ci-nant! Well done to all the team.

This bustling brewpub specializes in small-batch brews using artisanal methods. Pair that with a good food menu focused on supporting local agribusinesses in the region and you’ve got a truly local-focused craft brewery that you will not want to miss!

The name “Korrigane” is inspired by an old exploration sailboat and their logo represents a medallion that was brought back from one of the ship’s expeditions. This inspirational theme makes it the perfect place to explore different unique beers (especially those with local maple sap and blueberries) and pretend you’re part of your very own beer expedition!

Customer Review: Excellent meal excellent beer !!! The decor is just perfect, unpretentious. In an evening dress or in jogging, everyone feels at home

They recently began exploring beer-based cocktails, if you haven’t tried one of these yet… what are you waiting for?!

Customer Review: Noctem is a great local place for a drink. There are a variety of different styles of beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. It is family accessible, and has an outdoor terrace. During the winter it’s still awesome, with a cozy interior and friendly staff.

You can never go wrong when you pair great craft beers with freshly made pizzas. This winning combination is what you’ll find at Emporium Microbrasserie. This brewery was born out of a passion for the beer community and if bringing quality pizza, local products, and amazing beer to the community isn’t love, we don’t know what is. Plus, their pizza oven is imported from Italy so you know it’s going to be some world class Za.

Brasserie Inox is a pioneer of the Quebec City craft brewery scene. For the last 25 years, they’ve been brewing beers loved by locals and though they’ve moved locations and released newer styles of beers, locals (and tourists) still flock to this Quebec City craft brewery. Now closer to St. Lawrence River, be sure to grab your friends and have a cold one on their large sunny patio.

Just down the street from other great breweries and with 2 dozen beers on tap, (half their own, half from other microbreweries in the area) Griendel makes for the perfect place for beer tasting tours. Their beer list is paired excellently with gourmet eats made with local ingredients. They’ve got everything from tartars to burgers, so whatever your taste buds are in the mood for, you’ll find it at this local gem.

Customer Review: Probably the best bar/restaurant I have ever been to. Each beer was poured perfectly and so flavourful. Food and service were excellent too. Buffalo wings were spicy, so beware! They have a great Czech pilsner which is very comparable to what you would get in Czech Republic. Also they have a cask!

SNO MicroBrasserie Nordik

SNO MicroBrasserie Nordik
SNO MicroBrasserie Nordik

A winter inspired microbrewery dreamed up by three friends, one of which had moved to Quebec after falling in love with the snowy province. The names of their brews are clever, always incorporating “SNO” in them – SNO lynx, SNO angel, SNO bird, etc.

Though they sure love their winters, SNO Microbrasserie is beautiful place to visit in the summer as well! Enjoy a flight on their big and inviting patio overlooking Place Jean-Béliveau and Centre Vidéotron, you won’t be disappointed!

Customer Review: The nicest microbrewery and the beer is excellent! Enjoy the terrace!
